H2O can provide you with lifeguards, front desk/customer service, pool maintenance, inventory management, water chemistry testing, pool signage, and pool access control. We will ensure your pool meets or exceed provincial health regulations. We can also provide water chemistry, inspection and safety rapports, as well as statistics on patrons.
H2O’s lifeguards are nationally certified by the Lifesaving Society of Canada, successfully completing a minimum of 4 courses in lifesaving and first aid. After being screened and selected by our human resources department, our lifeguards are trained in pool operations and maintenance, water chemistry, WHMIS and health and safety, customer service, and emergency procedures. They not only keep your pool safe and secure, but clean and properly balanced, while being friendly and courteous to the patrons. Our lifeguards use a real time monitoring system allowing us to keep track of our employees throughout the day.
Our Recreation Manager and Supervisors will inspect your facilities at least twice a week and address any questions or concerns in a timely manner. You can contact us 24 hours a day 365 days a year on our emergency line staffed by knowledgeable H2O employees, not a call center or answering service.
H2O can also provide complete pool services including seasonal openings, sand blasting, major and minor repairs, pool painting, health inspections, and seasonal closings. A certified service technician will visit your outdoor pool twice per summer to ensure your system is operating properly and efficiently to help reduce your water and hydro consumption.
